Everything about the private Kazbegi tour is designed around you. Your guide collects you directly from your chosen Tbilisi address, and you agree the departure time when booking — anytime between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

The route follows the legendary Georgian Military Highway north, stopping first at the turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir, then the medieval Ananuri Fortress, and the dramatic Black and White Aragvi confluence. Higher into the mountains you'll stop at Gudauri for panoramic Caucasus views, then the Soviet-era Friendship Monument of Georgia & Russia at over 2,200 m.

In Stepantsminda you have time to explore the town and enjoy a relaxed lunch at a mountain restaurant. Afterwards, you can choose to visit Gergeti Trinity Church — an optional stop costing 100 GEL per vehicle on a private tour. On a private tour the vehicle can drive directly to the church gate.
